A: No, you may only change your password. Your username must remain the same for login security reasons. Q: Can I change the temporary password I am issued? A: No, you will only be able to change your permanent login password. You will receive your permanent login information in your welcome package approximately 7 - 10 days after you join The Oxford Club. A: No, you may only login to a section to which you subscribe. For example, if you have an Oxford Club Membership you will have access to the Members Only Section of the page, this will not allow you access to the Trading Services unless you subscribe to these services individually. Chairman's Circle members can login to Members Only, Chairman's Circle Only, The ADR Alert, The Momentum Alert, The Oxford Hedge Trader and The Insider Alert. Q: How do I change my password? A: If you would like to change your password, you may do so at the login screen. Before you login, simply click on Change Your Password and enter the requested information. Please note that you will only be able to change your password in a login screen that you have access to. Q: I am using the correct login information, but I am still unable to login. What can I do? A: In some cases your Firewall Protection may prevent you from gaining access to our website. You may want to try and temporarily disable your firewall, and then see if you are able to login. Zone Alarm Pro is an example of a firewall that might prevent you from accessing our website. A: If you forget your login information, go to the login screen and either type in your email address to retrieve your username or type in your username to retrieve your password.
