Q: Can I unsubscribe to the Oxford Club emails without canceling my membership? 
A: Yes, if you wish to discontinue the emails but keep your membership, please contact Oxford Club Member Services. 
 

Q: How do I change my e-mail address? 
A: To change your e-mail address simply call us at 1-877-808-9785, from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. 

Q: I am not receiving my Oxford Club emails? 
A: If you are not receiving your email, please refer to our white listing instructions. These instructions are available at our website under the Contact Us option. If you have already white listed our service and you are still not receiving your emails, please contact us.  

Q: Nothing happens when I click one of your links in my email? 
A: Some email providers disable links for the safety of their users. In this case you can copy and paste the link to your address line.
